Fencing With epee: Each athlete fences against each other. Winning 70% of the available bouts gives 1000 points. The total number of bouts that is fenced determines the amount of points that each victory above or below this 70% mark is worth.
Swimming Freestyle 200 m (Crawl): A time of 2’40’’ (2’30’’ for men) gives 1000 points. Every 0.33 second above or below this time is worth 4 points (deducted or added respectively to the 1000 points).
Horse Riding Horses are provided by the organizer and allocated to the athletes by drawing. Each rider has 20 minutes to warm up and is allowed to perform 5 training jumps. The competition course has a length of about 350 – 400 m and contains 12 obstacles weherof one is a double and one a tripple jump. Maximal height of the obstacles is 120 cm. The time limit is 350m per minute. A fault free ride within time gives 1200 points. Every knock down of an obstacle is penalized by 28 points. Each refusal or disobedience results in 40 points deduction. A disobedience leading to a knocking down of an obstacle leads to deduction of 60 points. Every second of exceeding the time limit is penalized by deduction of an additional 4 points.
Shooting With air pistol: Interrupting the running event, five falling targets are to be hit. After all five targets are hit or after a maximum time limit of 1 minute 10 seconds the athlete continues the running course. Shooting continues after 1 and 2 km of the running course
Running Is performed on a cross country course of 3000 m length. The time of 11’20’’ (10’00’’ for men) is worth 1000 points. Every whole second above or beneath this time is worth 4 points (deducted or added respectively).
The Athlete with the highest score after five events is the winner of the competition.
